Foundations, then speed

If you want momentum to last, make the boring parts strong. Queues, caches, migrations, feature flags - the stuff no one sees but everyone feels. Once the floor is firm, you can sprint without worrying what might snap.

I try to design so changes are cheap: clear boundaries, small surfaces, a path for rollback. It sounds slower, but it’s the opposite. Quality creates speed.
